Next, adjust the extension rods by turning the grooved ends of the rods, stop when an optimal level of tension if reached. You should feel a bit of a pull, but nothing painful.

The Enlarger is meant to be worn over a period of time, and it's designed to be worn under clothing discreetly. Start with shorter sessions of up to four hours at first, increasing gradually.
