To use, place the plastic base around the penis and above the scrotum. Slide the head piece (place the foam donut over the head first) over the extension rods, and loop the flexible silicone hose over the head of the penis, tightening securely and comfortably before pushing the remaining ends though the slots in the housing. Next, adjust tension by turning the bolts to stretch the head from the base, stop when an optimal level of tension if reached. You should feel a bit of a pull, but nothing painful.

The Extender is meant to be worn over a period of no longer than 30 minutes. Start with shorter sessions of wear, increasing gradually up to maximum time. Gentle tension applied to the penis is thought to stimulate growth of the suspensory ligament, corpus cavernosa and other penile tissue over time. 

This unit should not be used to treat any pre-existing penile condition, including Peyronie's diease, priapism and urethral strictures. Do not exceed 30 minutes of wear time.
